NET ASSET VALUE

As at 30 June 2011, the unaudited net asset value per share of the Group was approximately HK 1.69 cents.

As at the date of this announcement, the board of Directors of the Company comprises Mr. Choy Kwok Hung, Patrick (Chairman) and Mr. Chan Chi Hung (Managing Director) as executive Directors, and Mr. Yue Man Yiu, Matthew, Mr. Chung Koon Yan and Mr. Chung Shu Kun, Christopher as independent non-executive Directors.
