As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Messrs. Chan Chi Hung, Lim Siang Kai and See Lee Seng, Reason, and the independent non-executive directors of the Company are Messrs. Yue Man Yiu, Matthew, Chung Koon Yan and Zheng Weihe.
