The Company announces that, Mr. Henry Shouler has advised the Board that he has decided to retire from his position of Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 5 August 2024.

The Board would like to thank Mr Shouler for his valuable contribution and wish him success for the future. The Board has commenced a process to identify a successor to Mr Shouler and an appointment will be announced in due course.
