The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') refers to its previous Company Announcements relating to the Rights Issue and Excess Shares Offer in terms of the prospectus issued by the Bank dated 20 September 2023.

In terms of the above, 61,828,332 New Ordinary Shares having a nominal value of €0.125 each were admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on 16 November 2023, with trading expected to commence today, 17 November 2023.

The Bank's issued share capital has thereby increased from €11,592,991.38 divided into 92,743,931 Ordinary Shares having a nominal value of €0.125 each to €19,321,532.88 divided into 154,572,263 Ordinary Shares of €0.125 each, fully paid-up.
