Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. announces the appointment of Mr Sophoklis Argyrou of 28, Beeches Walk, Carshalton Beeches, Surrey, U.K. as non-executive director of the Bank with effect from 30 May 2012.

Mr Argyrou has not occupied any directorship in any other issuer at any time in the previous 5 years. Furthermore, there are no matters to report in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 through to 5.20.9.

Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. also announces that Mr Dimitris Spanodimos of 16, Adrianou Strret, New Psychiko 15451, Athens, Greece has resigned as non-executive director of the Bank with effect from 30 May 2012.
