Further Alliance Pharma plc Investment

LDG is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 23 February 2023, it has purchased an additional 10,160,766 ordinary shares in Alliance Pharma plc ("Alliance") (LON:APH), at an average price of £0.6683 per ordinary share, for a total cash consideration of £6,790,805.

Following these purchases, LDG is interested in 28,966,354 Alliance ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.36% of Alliance's issued share capital.

Alliance is an international healthcare group founded in 1996 and headquartered in the United Kingdom. The company acquires, markets, and distributes consumer healthcare and prescription medicine products.

For the year ended 31 December 2021, Alliance reported an underlying pre-tax profit of £42.2 million. As at 30 June 2022, Alliance reported net assets of £296.9 million.

Due to an administrative error, the previous update in respect of LDG's Alliance investment, announced on 23 February 2023, should have stated a holding of 18,805,588 Alliance ordinary shares at that time.
