Ref: Intimation under Regulations 29 and 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (‘Listing Regulations’)

In terms of Regulations 29 and 50 of the Listing Regulations, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Lodha Developers Limited (‘the Company’) is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, inter-alia , to consider the proposal for fund raising by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, to diversify pool of debt enabling continued reduction in cost of funds on targeted debt capital.
