This has reference to our letter dated June 30, 2023 submitting the Notice dated June 6, 2023, convening the 28[th] AGM of the Company to be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. (IST), Video Conference (‘VC’) / Other Audio Video Means (‘OAVM’) (‘ Original Notice’ ).

Please find enclosed herewith a Corrigendum to the Original Notice, regarding change in book closure dates from “ Friday, September 8, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive) ” to “ Saturday, September 9, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive)” .

This corrigendum should be read alongwith the Original Notice. The same is also being sent to the Shareholders of the Company and is also available on the website of the Company at www.lodhagroup.in

CORRIGENDUM

NOTICE OF 28[th] ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Macrotech Developers Limited (‘the Company’) had issued a Notice dated June 6, 2023, convening the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference (‘VC’) / Other Audio Video Means (‘OAVM’).

The Book Closure date is changed from “Friday, September 8, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive)” to “Saturday, September 9, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive)” .

Accordingly, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 9, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive) .

1. The Corrigendum to AGM Notice is issued in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the original AGM Notice which was already emailed to the shareholders on June 30, 2023. 2. All references, if any, made in the 2nd Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, or elsewhere, with respect to the Book Closure Date, be construed as ‘Saturday, September 9, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive)’
