Lode Resources Ltd (ASX: LDR) – Trading Halt
Trading in the securities of Lode Resources Ltd (‘LDR’) will be halted at the request of LDR, pending the release of an announcement by LDR.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 20 June 2025; or
-
the release of the announcement to the market.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Lode Resources Ltd requests a trading halt of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding the correction of the announcement made on 17 June 2025 labelled “Webbs Consol High Grade Resources”.
The trading halt will last until the opening of trading Friday 20 June 2025.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
