Request For Voluntary Suspension

Dear Angel,

Lode Resources Ltd (or the Company) requests an immediate voluntary suspension of the trading of the Company’s ordinary shares quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2.

The voluntary suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding the execution of a Head of Agreement regarding the acquisition of the share capital of an entity who is the registered and beneficial owner of mining and exploration tenements.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

1. The voluntary suspension is requested pending an anticipated announcement of the execution of a Head of Agreement regarding the acquisition of the share capital of an entity with Mining and Exploration tenements.

2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Thursday 24 October 2024, or when the announcement is released to the market.

3. The Company expects to make the announcement to the market before the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 24 October 2024.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
