RELEASE FROM ASX ESCROW

Lode Resources Ltd (ASX: LDR) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A 40,414,900 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 2 July 2023.

The Company will apply for quotation of these shares.
