APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Locksley Resources Limited (ASX: LKY, OTCQX: LKYRF, FSE: X5L) (“Locksley” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise the appointment of Ms Michaela Stanton-Cook as Company Secretary, effective today. The appointment follows the resignation of Mr Armstrong in this role. The Board thanks Mr Armstrong for his service to the Company.
Ms Stanton-Cook is a Chartered Company Secretary and legally qualified governance professional with over a decade of experience advising listed, unlisted public, private and not-for-profit organisations across a range of industries. She holds a Juris Doctor, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management, and is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Stanton-Cook will be responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
The Company also advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14, that effective today its registered office and principal place of business will change to Unit 7, 84 Fitzgerald St, Northbridge WA 6003. The Company’s contact number, website and email addresses remain unchanged.
