Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Lockheed Martin Corporation regrets to report that on January 1, 2021, Michele A. Evans, Executive Vice President, Aeronautics passed away. Ms. Evans had been on a temporary leave of absence for health reasons since December 1, 2020. Lockheed Martin is grateful for Ms. Evans’ dedication and service throughout her 34 year career and extends its deepest sympathies to her family.

Mr. Gregory M. Ulmer has been serving as acting Executive Vice President, Aeronautics since December 1, 2020. The Board of Directors has not yet taken formal action regarding the election of a successor.
