Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Change of Internal Auditor of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., 01[st] February 2023, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, have appointed M/s. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as Internal Auditor of the Company.

The existing Internal Auditor M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP ceases to be an Internal Auditor of the Company from the close of business hours on 31[st] January 2023.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09[th] September, 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure-A.
