The Company has received a communication from UC of India, Central Office, Mumbai for withdrawal of nomination of Sri. V. Sathyakumar, Nominee Director of UC of India and filing of fresh nomination for appointing Sri. Anil Gupta as Nominee Director of UC of India on the Board of Directors of the Company.

In terms of Regulation-30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that the above nomination and withdrawal will be considered/ taken note by the Board/ Committee members at their ensuing meeting(s) to be held during May, 2019.
