GM broadcast

LMS CAPITAL PLC is pleased to announce that the Company will broadcast the General Meeting ("GM") to be held on 14 May 2025 at 11.15am (or if later, immediately following the AGM convened for 11.00am on the same day) via Investor Meet Company.

In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the GM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the GM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit a form of proxy as early as possible, so that their votes may be counted.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider. These can be submitted ahead of the GM via the Investor Meet Company platform up until 13 May 2025 at 9.00am, or at any time during the GM itself.
