The Company announces that, following the Tender Offer set out in the circular published by the Company on 26 July 2017 which closed on 11 August 2017, Rod Birkett has notified the Company of the sale by tender of 7,348 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share.  The number of Ordinary Shares in which Rod Birkett now has an interest is 17,652 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
