या नोटिसीद्वारे सर्वाना जाहीररित्या कळविण्या येते कि, १.श्री, जोयदेव गांगुली आणि २. श्रीमती समाप्ती जोयदेव गांगुली, हे शिवालय रेसिडेन्सी को.ऑप. गृहनिर्माण संस्था मर्यादित चे सभासद असून तिचा पत्ता सीटीएस नं. ६३८ (अ), गाव-पोईसर, युटीआय बँकेच्या जवळ, ९० फिट रोड, ठाकूर पोलीटेक्निक कॉलेजच्या मागे, ठावूजर कॉम्पलेक्स, कांदिवली (पूर्व), मुंबई – ४०० १०१ असा असून त्यांच्या नावे सदनिका क्रमांक १४०३ आणि १४०४ हे आहेत. कै. श्री, जोयदेव गांगुली यांचे दिनांबन ०१/११/२०१६ रोजी अहमदाबाद, गुजरात येथे निधन झालेले आहे. सदर दोन्ही मालकांच्या नावे गृहनिर्माण संस्थेचे प्रत्येकी रु. ५० चे ५ भागभांडवल असून त्यांचे क्रमांक २५६ ते २६० असे आहेत.

सदर सदनिका आणि त्याचे भाग हस्तांतरित करण्याबाबत वारसदार व इतर कोणाची हरकत असेल तर सदर गृहनिर्माण संस्था ह्या नोटीसिद्वारे तशी हरकत असल्यास सदर नोटिस .
वर्तमानपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून १५ दिवसात लेखी स्वरुपात हरकत गृहनिर्माण संस्थाकडे दाखल करावी. ही हरकत कागदोपंत्री पुराव्यासहित देण्यात यावी. अश्या प्रकारची .

नर्णय घेईल याची नोंद घ्यावी. नोंदणीकृत उपविधी ची प्रत पाहणी करण्यासाठी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या कार्यालयात / सचिव यांचेकडे सदर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून २८/०१/२०२० पासून सायंकाळी ५.०७ ते ८.०० या वेळेत सदर नोटीसच्या कालावधी
