On March 28, 2014, LKQ Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencement of the Company’s offer to exchange up to $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its new registered 4.75% Senior Notes due 2023 for a like principal amount of its outstanding unregistered 4.75% Senior Notes due 2023.
