Lithium Australia NL (ASX: LIT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Lithium Australia NL (‘LIT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LIT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 12 June 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt

Lithium Australia NL (ASX:LIT) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt on its securities pending release of an announcement by the Company concerning a proposed capital raising and company update. The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 11 June 2019 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
