BLACKEARTH MINERALS NL (ASX: BEM) ADMITTED TO THE OFFICIAL LIST OF ASX

Lithium Australia NL (ASX: LIT) is very pleased to advise its shareholders that ASX has confirmed in writing that BlackEarth Minerals NL (ASX: BEM) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on 16 January 2018. Official Quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 01:00 pm AEDT (10:00 am WST) on 19 January 2018.

Lithium Australia managing director Adrian Griffin commented as follows.

“Lithium Australia's clear strategy is to create value for its shareholders. The float of its graphite interest is a prime example, giving all shareholder exposure through their LIT shareholdings and the opportunity to directly participate in BEM. LIT’s interest in the Very Small Particle Company (lithium ion battery cathode production technology) will add further value as LIT expands its participation in the battery industry.”
