Midwinter Resources NL (“Midwinter Resources”) hereby seeks an immediate voluntary suspension from trading on ASX (ASX listing rule 17.2) until further notice pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

An announcement will be made to the market regarding the capital raising which is expected to end the period of voluntary suspension.

Midwinter Resources is not aware of any reasons why our securities should not be granted voluntary suspension.
