Annual General Meeting Information
Livium Ltd (ASX: LIT) (“ Livium ” or the “ Company ”) anticipates that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on or after 25 November 2025 (and in any case no later than 28 November 2025).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company or on before 5.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 7 October 2025, being at least 35 business days before the date of the AGM.
Pursuant to the Company’s constitution, nominations must be sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
