Annual General Meeting Information

Lithium Australia Limited (ASX:LIT) ( Lithium Australia , or the Company ) anticipates that it will hold its next Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on or after 31 October 2023 (and in any case no later than 30 November 2023).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company or on before 4.00pm (AWST) on Monday, 11 September 2023, being at least 35 business days before the date of the AGM.

Pursuant to the Company’s constitution, nominations must be sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.

This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
