CHANGE OF VENUE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Midwinter Resources NL ( Midwinter or the Company ) would like to advise of a change to the meeting venue from that published in the notice of meeting of the Annual General Meeting of Midwinter recently posted to all shareholders. The new venue is:

Celtic Club 48 Ord Street WEST PERTH, WA, 6005

The time and date of the meeting remain unchanged, 9.00am on the 30[th] of November 2009.
