Livermore notifies that Mr Ron Baron, currently Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer, has moved to a Non-Executive Director position on the board, with effect from 1 January 2025. Mr Baron's existing responsibilities have been assumed by the Group's executive management team.

Following this transition, the Board comprises one executive director and three non-executive directors (of whom two are deemed to be independent).
