APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Livermore Investments Group Limited (the "Company" or "Livermore") is pleased to announce the appointment of Augoustinos Papathomas as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Augoustinos,  aged 55, is a fellow of the Insitute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. Augoustinos was previously Senior Partner and a Board member at Grant Thornton Cyprus Ltd. Augoustinos left Grant Thornton to set up APP Audit Co Ltd, a company that specialises in the provision of audit and assurance, tax, VAT and financial advisory services.

Augoustinos currently holds, and has during the five years preceding the date of this announcement held, the following directorships and partnerships:
