NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

LVCG announces that the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to all shareholders. 

The AGM is to be held at 11am on Monday 19th July at Capitol House, 60-62 Leman Street, London E1 8EU.

As a result of the current crisis of COVID-19 and the UK Government's restrictions which may or may not be altered on 19th July, the Company's AGM will be run as a closed meeting.

Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy in advance of the meeting to ensure that their votes are registered.

The Company also manages a number of sports, entertainment and lifestyle events via its recently created LCSE (Live Company Sports and Entertainment) division. It also has an investment in Start.art and online art platform.
