CORNERSTONE INVESTOR AND FINANCIAL UPDATE

2023 Accounts and 2024 Interims Update

LVCG PLC provides an update on its Accounts. The Company previously announced on 31 July 2024 that its 2023 results would be published by/at the end of September 2024. Despite efforts from the Company and its Auditor this timetable has been pushed back and discussions are on-going with regard to a new publication date.  The Company announces that its 2024 interims are also likely to be published post the 30 September 2024 deadline.

Resignation of Stephen Birrell

The Company announces the resignation of Stephen Birrell as a Non-Executive Board Director due to a significant increase in his non LVCG workload, which has resulted in him no longer being able to give the time required to the Company.

Cornerstone Investor and Financial Update

The Company is still in discussion with one of the potential Cornerstone Investors, however due to its reliance on this investment, which has not been forthcoming as yet, the Company is currently taking advice and reviewing available options with restructuring advisors.
