APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Stephen Birrell as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Stephen is an experienced Non-Executive and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ascent Resources PLC and holds an Executive Director role at  Ossian Energy Ltd. He  has a BSc Honours in Applied Geology, a background in geoscience bringing broad experience of Corporate Governance, Project Management, Stakeholder Relations, Joint Venture Management and Business Development. In addition to Stephen's expertise in business performance optimisation and development, he has a background in staging and promoting live events and negotiating "rights agreements".

David Ciclitira, Executive Chairman of LVCG, said: " I am delighted to welcome Stephen to the board. He brings with him a diverse skill set and experience in Aim listed companies- particularly in the area of corporate governance- as well as a passion for developing businesses"
