AGM DATE AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Little Green Pharma Ltd ( ASX: LGP , “ LGP ” or the “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 its Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be held at 2pm (AWST) on Friday, 5 November 2021.

The AGM will be held at Suite 2, Level 2, 66 Kings Park Road, West Perth, 6005, Western Australia.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 35 business days prior to the meeting, being Thursday, 16 September 2021.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Perth time) on Thursday, 16 September 2021.
