Pursuant to Policy 9 – Name Change, Stock Splits and Share Consolidations of the Canadian Securities Exchange (“ CSE ”), please be advised that the Company intends to complete a consolidation (the “ Consolidation ”) of its common shares at a ratio of one (1) new common share for every twenty (20) common shares held, effective November 19, 2021. The Consolidation will be completed on a “push-out” basis.
