Esports Mogul Asia Pacific Limited wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that the following securities will be released from escrow on 25 November 2018:

• 26,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares;

• 150,000,000 options exercisable at $0.05 on or before 30 October 2019;

• 20,000,000 unquoted Class A Performance Shares; and

• 20,000,000 unquoted Class B Performance Shares
