I, Paulo Roberto Bergmann Moreira, consent to the public filing of the technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report – Mineral Resource Update on Bandeira Project, Araçuaí and Itinga, Minas Gerais State, Brazil” dated May 27, 2024, and with an effective date of March 5, 2024, prepared on behalf of Lithium Ionic Corp. (the “Technical Report”).

I also consent to the filing of the Technical Report with the Canadian Securities regulatory authorities listed above and with SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval), and to extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the press releases dated April 12, 2024, and May 27, 2024 (collectively, the “Press Releases”).
