Description
Lithium Energy Limited (‘LEL’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Monday, 17 May 2021.
Official quotation of LEL’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 19 May 2021.
LEL raised $9,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 30 March 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 45,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
