On February 3, 2021 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On February 3, 2021, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.31 per share cash dividend, to be paid on March 26, 2021 to shareholders of record as of March 12, 2021.
