LITGRID - Notification on material event

Regarding loan to UAB „TETAS“

On 16 October, 2017 the Management Board of Litgrid AB, in line with the clause 7.12.2.15 of the company‘s articles of association, decided to extend 1,6 million EUR loan to UAB "TETAS".

The loan with tree years maturity shall be used to balance UAB "TETAS" cash flows.
