LITGRID - Notification on material event

Regarding the sale of shares of NT Valdos, UAB

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-04-30 12:19 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance with LITGRID AB Management Board decision LITGRID AB and Lietuvos energija, UAB, (company code 301844044) on 30 April 2015 have signed an agreement to sell shares owned by LITGRID AB. Under this agreement LITGRID AB has transfered to Lietuvos energija, AB the ownership of 0,35 percent of NT Valdos, UAB (company code 300634954) share capital. Shares of NT valdos, UAB were sold in accordance with valuation of the independent advisors for 252 000 EUR. Additional amount equal to 67 000 EUR shall be paid to LITGRID AB until 31 March 2019 if NT Valdos reaches financial indicators specified in the concluded shares sale agreement.
