Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-02-07 15:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With regard to unofficial information about possible Litgrid dividends released in mass media on 6 February 2014, the Company hereby notifies that, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by legal acts, the Board and/or General Shareholders' Meeting of Litgrid have not passed respective decisions on the payment of dividends. After the Litgrid Board and/or General Shareholders' Meeting pass such decisions, relevant information will be immediately released in accordance with the procedure prescribed by legal acts.
