LITGRID AB - Notification on material event

Information on decisions of the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-10-27 17:10 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27 October 2011, the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (the “Commission”) announced the price for transmission service via high voltage networks for 2012, as established in Minutes No. 16 of LITGRID AB Board meeting held on 25 October 2011. The price will not change for the second consecutive year and will be equal to 2.32 cents per kWh. The price for system services will decrease from 0,66 ct/kWh to 0,62 ct/kWh. The Commission also published the procedure for prices and tariffs of electricity transmission service and their application and approved the methods of differentiation of prices for services provided by LITGRID AB. As decided by the Commission, the price of public services for 2012 will be equal to 7.04 cents per kWh. For more information, please visit http://www.regula.lt/lt/.
