Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-11-26 07:52 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 25 November, 2013 LITGRID AB (company code 302564383) together with „Lietuvos energija“, UAB (company code 301844044), „Lietuvos energijos gamyba“, AB (company code 302648707) and AB LESTO (company code 302577612) signed an agreement on establishment UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras company, which main objective is to provide IT and telecommunication services for the shareholders. The authorised capital of newly established company is 10 000 litas. „Lietuvos energija“, UAB, „Lietuvos energijos gamyba“, AB, AB LESTO, LITGRID AB respectively will acquire 50% , 20% , 20% and 10% of the shares of the newly established company.
