Further to the press release dated December 18, 2024, LISI AUTOMOTIVE, a subsidiary of LISI Group, announces that it has definitively completed the disposal of all shares in its subsidiary LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL to ZB Invest GmbH.

LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL, which will be renamed ZB NOMEL following the sale, is located in La Ferté Fresnel (61), France, and generated sales of €35.2m in 2024, with 188 employees. LISI AUTOMOTIVE subsidiaries will maintain its washers and nuts purchases from ZB NOMEL for its customers' automotive applications.

With this disposal LISI AUTOMOTIVE continues refocusing its activities on high value-added fastening solutions and mechanical components, and ZB Invest Group to consolidate its positions in the production and sale of nuts for the automotive, truck and various industrial and distribution markets.

LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL was deconsolidated on December 31,2024, and all the consequences of this disposal were anticipated in the 2024 financial year.
