LISI GROUP ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSAL OF THE REMAINING DENTAL BUSINESS TO ARCH MEDICAL SOLUTIONS – ESCONDIDO LLC

LISI Group announces today that it has completed the disposal of the assets belonging to its subsidiary LISI MEDICAL Jeropa which produces dental fastener devices and related ancillary instruments located in Escondido, near San Diego (CA- USA), to ARCH Medical Solutions – Escondido LLC, part of ARCH Global Precision Group.

LISI MEDICAL Jeropa operating site employs 72 people and generated sales of \$10.5 million in 2019.

LISI MEDICAL accelerates its repositioning on its core businesses:

• Reconstruction implants (hip, knee, shoulder),
• Minimally Invasive Surgery high volume high precision components,
• Orthopedic implants (spine, traumatology and extremities).

LISI MEDICAL operates in the USA and Europe with excellence centers in Minneapolis (USA), Caen (France) and Lyon (France) and serves the leaders in the medical industry.
