LISI AEROSPACE, a subsidiary of LISI Group, accelerates its development in the Hydraulic Fittings market with the acquisition of the American company B&E Manufacturing

LISI Group today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of B&E Manufacturing.

B&E Manufacturing, based in Garden Grove, California, manufactures precision quality hydraulic tube fittings used in conjunction with Aerospace, Commercial and Military applications. The company was founded in 1981 by Larry Solinger and has grown since then as a key player in the hydraulic fittings market thanks to its technical expertise, deep customer relationship and highest quality. With approximately 130 employees, it achieved a turnover of nearly 32 million dollars in FY 2020.
