Liontrust announces that it has today posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 to shareholders. Liontrust's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 18 September 2025 in the Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II Room at the Royal Society of Arts, 8 John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6EZ.

The Notice of AGM can also be viewed on the Company's website www.liontrust.co.uk .

A copy of the Notice of AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
