Liontrust announces that it has today posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 to shareholders. Liontrust's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 19 September 2024 in the Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II Room at the Royal Society of Arts, 8 John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6EZ.

The Notice of AGM can also be viewed on the Company's website www.liontrust.co.uk .

A copy of the Notice of AGM and the rules of the 2024 LTIP, CSOP and SIP (as defined in the Notice of AGM) will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
