In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), the Company's total issued share capital as at 31 December 2025 consists of 63,459,105 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 63,459,105.

The above figure of 63,459,105 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
