Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Deferred Annual Bonus

Liontrust announces that on 2 July 2025 it was notified that John Ions, Chief Executive Officer, and Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer, had been granted nil price options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). The Options are granted in accordance with the Company's Deferred Bonus and Variable Allocation Plan ("DBVAP") and relate to the deferred annual bonus awarded to John Ions and Vinay Abrol for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. John Ions and Vinay Abrol have deferred 100% of their respective annual bonuses into Shares which shall vest pro-rata over a three year period.

John Ions and Vinay Abrol are both PDMRs.
