Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Liontrust is pleased to announce that at its AGM held yesterday, Thursday 21 September 2023, the resolutions proposed to the meeting on a poll were duly passed by the requisite majority.

Resolutions 1 to 13 (inclusive) were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 14 to 17 (inclusive) were passed as special resolutions.
