Appointment of Senior Independent Director

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11, Liontrust Asset Management Plc, the specialist independent fund management group, today announces that Rebecca Shelley has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 25 March 2022.

Rebecca has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since November 2021.  She is a member of the Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
